What is Empowerment Coaching?

Empowerment Coaching uses the ThetaHealing® technique to uncover subconscious blocks we have that are preventing us from achieving everything that we desire in life.

How does the ThetaHealing® technique work?
We all have subconscious beliefs that guide and shape our lives in way we aren’t even aware of, for example if you have a hard time holding onto money, then you could be carrying a belief that you aren’t worthy of having money or success. Or maybe you have a string of disastrous romantic relationships? You could be carrying a belief that you are unworthy of love or you could energetically be attracting partners that are not in your best interest because of a belief that is buried in your subconscious.
What I want to help people do is to uncover belief systems that are holding them back from living their very best lives. Every person has been reacting to everything and everyone around them in accordance with the beliefs that we carry. To change these, we dive into the subconscious brain and see where you picked up a particular belief (usually childhood) and look at why you saw this as the absolute truth and then work on what you need to learn to change the belief into something more useful to you in your current life.
While this sounds like really hard work, that is going to take a long time, it doesn't have to!
This is where I come in. I can help you uncover these hidden beliefs and change them into more desirable beliefs by using meditation, visualization and dialogue. The thing that I like best about this method is that you, the client, are in complete control of what to keep and what to let go of. No changes can be made without your complete consent. And most people feel a difference after one session. They report feeling lighter, freer, and more in control of their reactions to what could be considered negative experiences.
What to expect in our session
Our sessions will begin with a discussion about what we are working on that day. Then I get you into a relaxed state where you can get out of your “thinking brain” and into the “subconscious brain”. Then we’ll explore when in your life you picked up the belief that we are working on and discuss different elements of the scene or memory that is presenting itself to you. More often than not, there are memories or feelings that come up that we aren't aware we still have, so don’t worry about how much you remember or where you think that something came from. The goal is to let the experiences show themselves to us, and not for us to “remember” anything with our conscious brain. While we are discussing what has shown itself to us, I’ll ask your permission to change things that are no longer helping you in your current life, and then we will examine the scene again to see how it has changed and how your feelings about the experience have shifted.

Where my journey started
I began my ThetaHealing® journey in October of 2020. I was struggling in many areas of my life at that time, and was searching for something more. I began with one seminar that seemed like a huge investment not only in time but money as well. It was life changing! I left that first seminar knowing that I was different. I had tried many other types of healing before this and felt better for a while but then the yucky feelings I had rid myself of eventually came creeping back in. With ThetaHealing® I had permanently changed what was inside of me for the better. That first seminar led to me taking 9 additional seminars and over a dozen workshops in 2021 alone. I can honestly say that I’m not sure how I got through my life before ThetaHealing®. Not only is my business more profitable while working less hours, the relationships I have with people are vastly improved as well. I am in control of my emotions and myself instead of those emotions controlling me and my daily life. And I want to help everyone experience the newfound joy that I have in living my daily life.
